If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions.
Missing and Damaged Parts Policy
We are happy to replace missing or damaged components. Please send us photos of the damage, a copy of your retail receipt, and your mailing address. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. We provide replacement pieces while titles are active in our store. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you or purchased by you if you obtained a new, unopened product from a third-party seller.
Lost Parts Policy
As a rule, we do not stock replacement parts for a game. If we have sufficient parts on hand to meet such a request, however, we will make an exception if you are willing to pay for the part, the shipping, etc.
